An MS in marketing from San Francisco (US) not only graduated on the Dean’s list but also did her alma mater proud by bagging the prestigious MARCOM Gold Award.
As the company's Director, Yukti leads the teams across Finance, People management, sales & marketing, operations and new project development. She manages & heads the entire marketing planning cycle to ensure brand aesthetics at every touchpoint to achieve brand equity and brand image. Dynamic with a vision to scale great heights, she brings a fresh arsenal of ideas to the table, and her brand of zest and talent inspires many within the organization.
Ms Nagpal is responsible for taking the brand to the next level and setting new real estate trends. She grew up in an environment where she has seen the passion of people in the construction business. She wishes to change people's perception that developers are interested only in delivering a project without paying heed to the customers’ needs. According to her, “quality of life is important, and I would like to give that to all my customers. I want real estate to address this issue and make the buyer feel honoured.”
She also brought a newer perspective to the projects that Gulshan offers. One such example is the latest offering ‘Gulshan Dynasty’, India's first wellness home. She conceived the project after researching for two and a half years before putting it on paper. Every feature in Gulshan Dynasty is thoughtfully placed, keeping in mind the globetrotting millennial. It is a product that provides convenience and promotes self-sustaining living.
Leading the company based on the sound understanding of people’s needs, she is emerging as the people’s developer. Ms. Yukti Nagpal always has a vision “Don’t buy the house, but the neighbourhood”, which produced Home Konnect, an arrangement of group activities conducted on a daily basis to help people interact and turn neighbours into friends. The initiative enables residents to embrace and exercise a positive approach towards imprinting eco-friendly footsteps as a collective community.
She has been instrumental in the company's decision to enter the commercial and hospitality segment after serving the residential segment only. Venturing into the commercial luxury, the company has efficiently launched Grand Street, Shoprick in Centrum in Indirapuram and Vivante Street, Ikebana Street & Bellina Street as stand-alone neighborhood shopping streets in Noida. Being a leading realty major in NCR, Gulshan now aims to deliver 5 million sq. ft. of space by 2023, including the delivery of around 9.5 lakh sq. ft of the luxury segment and approximately 4.75 lakh sq. ft in the commercial segment.
