Alwar to Have Biggest Mall Next Year

The fast emerging  real estate destination of Alwar in the NCR, will boast of a largest shopping mall ‘Urban Square’ early next year. Being developed by Trehan Group, the mall, spread over 1.3 lakh sq ft , will become operational by March 2023.  

The ground plus five floors mall is coming up on Tijara Road, Alwar, next to Trehan Group’s 200 acre township-Apna Ghar Shalimar. The mall will have a mix of value, premium and international brands with a special focus on the right mix of anchor and vanilla stores.One of the floors named ‘Janpath’ , is dedicated to promote local and Rajasthani  products and workmanship. The company has already tied up with INOX to introduce a 4-screen multiplex  on the fourth and fifth floor of the mall along with about 10000 sq ft of food court.
