With tortoise leading the way after my 15 years stint at ATS, I began my professional journey with a broker- turned builder company CRC. Kunal one of the directors of CRC held my hand when none in the industry came forward to help me in 2018. During over two years of my association with CRC, the 15 years of my professional journey with ATS flashed in my conscious and subconscious mind as I tried to evaluate all the ups & downs, the good and bad times which made my journey at ATS fulfilling with loads of learnings and accomplishments.
CRC was a small set up and with the collective efforts of the team, we were able to create a successful project – ‘CRC Sublimis’.During my stay at CRC, I managed to put my intellectual passion in setting up a brand which would consolidate knowledge of real estate in the words of industry experts so that it could be circulated for the benefit of all stakeholders, vis a vis developers, brokers, government, policy makers and most importantly customers.The Digital head at CRC, Chandra suggested to create a portal for real estate content coverage for the purpose of sharing with all those who were interested in it. Hence, Torbit (Tortoise + Rabbit) was born in 2019.
Today, our web address – www.torbitconsulting.com , has literally become the address of a real estate content library.From transforming a static website to a modern day hi-tech website , it took us lot of time, effort and money.And Chandra gets all the credit for tirelessly putting it together. The Who’s Who of the real estate industry have figured in Torbit – Sh. Deepak Parekh , Sh., K P singh, Sh. Niranjan Hiranandani, Sh. Irfan Razak – the list is endless.These stalwarts – all at one place (now more than 500+ in number ) make Torbit the richest real estate content holding portal in the country.
My friends, my colleagues and of course our authors excited us to do a real estate publication and also a yearly guide -compiling real estate industry’s developments and consolidating the expierence of sector stakeholders every year in the form of a handy knowledge book. So, we launched ‘Torbit Realty’- our fortnightly real estate publication and ‘Torbit Year Book’. Both these initiatives under the expert hands of a veteran real estate journalist, Vinod Behl, have created a niche space in the industry. Torbit Year Book is now in its fifth year of publication.
In the last 5 years the digital version of Torbit has become a respectable brand in the industry.Vinod Behl ji has ensured that the content published on both print and digital platforms of Torbit is neither influenced nor it has any revenue generating mechanism and hence it is unbiased , honest , credible and trustworthy .
Torbit’s other two verticals – ‘Sales & CRM’ and ‘Infra’ have been super-duper successful and are very rewarding and fulfilling.Having managed and sold inventory of more than 5000+ units and having constructed 350 apartments in ‘The Grande’, Meerut, Torbit moves ahead with bigger plans in a safe manner. Collaborating with people having similar values and similar business ethics, we are expanding our business further in Meerut, Lucknow, Goa as much as we are rearranging our digital verticals so as to make a robust organization.
