Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, a renowned Indian Industrialist and Philanthropist is a Founder & MD -Hiranandani Group of companies. A first-generation entrepreneur with a degree in Chartered Accountancy, leads the baton of his companies traversing from real estate to the new age business of Data Centres, Industrial and Logistics. He transformed Hiranandani Group into a conglomerate of a global repute with the futuristic vision and sharp business acumen. He embarked upon the entrepreneurial role by being at the helm of India’s leading Real Estate Business House ‘Hiranandani Group’. With profound knowledge, industry expertise and penchant for policy making, he is rightly accredited as ‘REAL ESTATE WIZARD’. He heads the foremost positions at the prominent Industry & Government bodies, chairs various trusts & private bodies which has rightly earned him the tag of ‘Thought Leader’ in the Indian Business ecosystem. He has been Convener of the Key Group representing Business Community in the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (HABITAT II) as also Member of the Working Group on Urban Housing for the Ninth Five Year Plan. He is conferred with ‘Mumbai Ratan’ award by Governor of Maharashtra reflecting a true Nation Builder.
