Double-digit hike in   circle rates makes Ghaziabad properties costlier

Ahead of the festive season , properties in Ghaziabad have become costlier, with the district administration effecting 10-12%  average increase in circle rates. As per the revised circle rates, buying or selling a property in Kaushambi has become the costliest. For residential properties, the rates have increased from Rs 72500-79700 per sqm to Rs 85000-95000 per sqm. Similarly, the new rates for Vaishali, Indirapuram and Vasundhara are respectively Rs 77000-85000, Rs 76000-84000 and Rs 66000-Rs 73000 .
