An Architect passed out from MANIT, Bhopal, and Master of Town Planning with Specialization in Housing from SPA Delhi. Prabhleen started his Career as an Independent consultant, in a span of 12 years he has worked for ATS Group as Technical Lead and Gulshan Group as Head of Arch Div. Prabhleen has worked end to end on Townships, Group Housings and Commercial developments in various states of North India.
Prabhleen is also a visiting faculty in the Housing Department for SPA Delhi. He is a strong advocator of advanced technology-based Architectural practices with time-saving outputs for organizational and project goals.
Mr Akash Khurana was a Director with CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd. wherein he was responsible for Business Development and Client Relationship Management for the firm’s Indian operations.

Some of the large-scale assignments he has been involved in include Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Mundra SEZ, Hyderabad Airport, Crossings Township, Industrial City at Abu Dhabi, Integrated Industrial Township in Borg-al-Arab (Egypt), Kona Logistics Park, and Dankuni Township amongst several other initiatives.
Mr. Khurana is an MBA from the International Management Institute (Delhi) with a dual specialization in Finance and Marketing.
Alpna runs her own management consultancy, representing Global & Indian companies in the realm of market entry, growth strategy & partnerships. Prior to this, she spent 20 years in the corporates in progressive leadership roles, across Torrent, GE Power, GE Transportation & Serco. Also chaired the board of an NGO ‘Child Reach India” focusing on primary education.
She is an Instrumentation and Control Engineer with a Management Marketing diploma and has attended strategic leadership courses at GE Crotonvilel (US) and Harvard. She is also a “Common Purpose Graduate.
Tarun is the current President Elect of NAR-INDIA and Chair – International Affairs at NARINDIA and works as a partner at M/s Shaloo Agencies, a real estate brokerage consultancy firm in existence since 1980 in Delhi NCR. With a timeline of more than 28 years of experience in the industry, he enjoys the trust of his clients, developers and fellow realtors.
Tarun is a graduate from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and a postgraduate in Finance from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts India, Hyderabad.

Ms. Khair Ull Nissa is Executive Director of the World Trade Centre NOIDA, IFT CITY and Chandigarh and representing World Trade Center Faridabad, Surat, Amritsar, Patna, Ahmedabad and Lucknow. Ms. Khair Is member of World Trade Centre Association since 2013 and currently serves on Board of World Trade Centre Association Khair is spearheading the World Trade Center India Services division of World Trade Center Association Noida and other 12 WTC’s and is instrumental in the launch of MOX initiative. She is working closely with Govt. (UP, Gujarat, Punjab) on policies related with Employability, Bilateral Trade between countries and state and fostering investments, cluster development and building destinations as business magnets.
