It’s the dawn of a new era in skilling real estate professionals in India as Punjab-based LTSU (Lamrin Tech Skills University) awarded certification to the first batch of its one of own kind of courses-RESEED (Reinforcing Skill Education for Employability Development) offering 100 percent placement opportunities.
The path-breaking RESEED course by Stellar School of Real Estate under LTSU ,designed in sync with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of making India the skill capital of the world, is the unique industry focused research based certificate level real estate programme. This professional course assumes all the more significance as LTSU established by the Punjab government is first of its kind industry incubated skill university in India in partnership with IBM (anchor partner), RERT (academic partner), Tata Technology & Ansys Corporation (industry partners. Talking about the irony that while certification is required for selling an insurance policy worth Rs 50000, no such certification is needed for selling a house costing Rs 100 crore, Arjun Nanda, CEO and Founder of YHATAW, Nobel Mark School Tech and Home said that RESEED aims to empower the real estate professionals with technical and general knowhow of the sector, so that they could meet the customers with renewed sense of knowledge and confidence.He also dwelled on the need for a unified policy for the real estate sector as the market has matured to become much more organised and transparent. He informed that they were working on a white paper on ‘One Nation, One RERA’ which will yield plethora of benefits and employment opportunities in India while providing significant boost to the economy.
