Buoyed by the excellent performance in the April- June quarter , Bangalore- based leading developer, Prestige Estates is emarking on expansion in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Noida , with a record number of new launches in the upcoming quarters. The new launches will be spread across various geographies and in different segments. The company has already launched 4 new projects spanning 9.67 msf in the June quarter.
Prestige Estates reported over 4 times jump in its consolidated net profit of Rs 204.9 crore for June quarter, with total income for the quarter rising by 42 percent to Rs 2011.8 crore, up from Rs 1418 crore in corresponding period of the previous year. On operational front, , the company registered sales of Rs 3012.1 crore, up 310 percent YoY. The sales were attributed to 3.63 msf of volume. Newly launched projects in Mumbai contributed to 25 percent of over all sales.
