Signature Global to Launch Housing Projects Worth Rs 13000 cr, Eyeing Rs 100b of Pre-sales

Signature Global Group plans to launch multiple housing projects worth Rs 13000 cr in Gurgaon, Sohna and Manesar by March next year to expand its business.

The company has registered record pre-sales of Rs 31.2 billion in Q1 FY 25, clocking a phenomenal YoY growth of 255 percent. This is in the backdrop of the company successfully entering the premium housing market  by launching two  group housing projects in the Gurgaon market during the last two quarters.The company has already achieved more than 30 percent of the FY 25 guidance of Rs 100 b in pre-sales in Q1 FY 25. The collections in Q1 FY 25 grew by 102 percent to Rs 12.1 b and the company has been able to reduce its debt by 16 percent to Rs 98 b.
