Signature Global Strengthens Leadership 

 In alignment with its growth trajectory and commitment to fostering leadership excellence, Signature Global, a leading listed real estate company, has undertaken a strategic restructuring within its senior management with an aim to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation at all organizational levels.

The company has expanded its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) team to accommodate changes in roles and responsibilities. It has elevated 9 key senior resources, integrating them into the SMP team. The newly appointed members of the SMP team include  Jayanta Barua, (Head-MARCOM), an industry veteran in sales, marketing and corporate communications who has been part of the core team of the company and instrumental in the company’s brand positioning over the last 8 years.

The others who have been made part of the SMP team include  Varun Mehta (Group President – Operations), Rohan Chopra (Chief Human Resource Officer), Satyendra Pati Tripathi (Chief Information Officer), Rajiv Kumar (Senior President – Sales), Pradeep Gaur (President – Sales), Sandeep Kumar Mittal (President – Sales), Mubashir Hussain (Senior Vice President – Sales), and Guneet Singh Sodhi (Senior Vice President – CRM). Ashwinder R Singh Appointed  Vice Chairman & CEO of BCD Group

Leading construction and real estate development company, BCD Group has appointed Ashwinder R Singh as Vice Chairman & CEO of the company. Before joining BCD Group, Ashwinder was the CEO -Residential at Bhartiya Urban. Having over 27 years of experience in the real estate sector, Singh had worked with JLL and Anarock and also held key leadership roles at Citibank, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank and Bajaj Housing Finance. In his new role, he will drive BCD’s growth into residential and integrated township divisions.

Bhumika Group Appoints  Siddharth Katyal as CEO
