Key Appointments in Whiteland Corporation

Sudeep Bhatt and Suneet Singh have been respectively appointed as Director Strategy and Senior Vice President Marketing at Whiteland Corporation to lead its next growth phase in residential and retail real estate.

Prior to joining Whiteland Corporation, Sudeep Bhatt was Senior VP -National Sales Head, M3M India. With 26 years of experience in strategy and sales, Sudeep Bhatt  will focus on aligning business operations with the company’s growth plans. He will oversee efforts to optimize operations, enhance revenue and build trust-based relationships.

As Senior Vice President Marketing , Suneet Singh has 24  years of marketing experience in real estate and retail. Her last job was  as Vice President Sales, Tarc India . In her new position, she will work on strengthening Whiteland’s brand and engaging with customers to expand its presence.

These appointments, according to Founder Whiteland Corporation , Navdeep Sardana , are set to guide Whiteland’s efforts to expand its reach, with plans including 13 msf of projects, with residential and commercial spaces under development in multiple sectors.

New CEO For Embassy REIT

Embassy Office Parks REIT has announced the appointment of Ritwik Bhattacharjee as its interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) after the exit of former CEO, Aravind Maiya .

Bhattacharjee has  worked with REIT since its listing and was a founding member of the team that helped list Embassy REIT. Prior to joining Embassy REIT, Bhattacharjee spent over 12 years as an investment banker at global firms including Nomura, Citi, UBS,  and JP Morgan.

Meanwhile after stepping down as CEO, Maiya assumed the role of Head of Strategy at the Embassy REIT.

Esha Ranjan Joins as Director, Projects Incuspaze

Esha Ranjan has been included in the senior leadership team as Director Projects, Incuspaze.

Esha is a  Bachelor of Interior Design from Institute of Environmental Design and a project management professional from Project Management Institute . Prior to joining Incuspaze, she was Vice President Projects, Smartworks.

In her new role, Esha is expected to lead the way in shaping innovative workspaces.
