With Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructural development Corporation ( HSIIDC)floating tenders, the stage is set for the iconic Global City project in Gurgaon.
The mega Global City, a mixed land use development will come up over 1000 acres of land in Sectors 36B, 37A and 37B along Dwarka Expressway. HSIIDC, the developer of this landmark project will develop Global City as the central business district (CBD) of Gurgaon on the lines of Cyber City equipped with all modern technology, low-carbon green infrastructure. It will have residential, commercial and industrial developments including a large Convention Centre. There will be an 82 km mass rapid transit system connecting Gurgaon, Manesar and Bawal.HSIIDC plans to auction plots of 5 acres, 20 acres, 50 acres and 100 acres in the Global City.
HSIIDC has floated tenders for the development of essential services and civic amenities for the Global City project. The HSIIDC has prepared an estimate of Rs 931 crore for various amenities and the construction is expected to start in July. GMADA Earns Record Rs 1935 Crore From Asset Auction
Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has earned a record revenue of Rs 1935 crore from the e-auction of a range of properties. These properties included housing, commercial, It, industrial plots, nursing homes, and SCOs.A total of six group housing sites were available for bidding and all of them found buyers. The highest bid of Rs 325 crore was received for an 8-acre group housing site number 7 located in Sector 83 Alpha It City. Another 8-acre site was auctioned for Rs 293 crore. Two group housing sites in Sector 88 fetched Rs 301 crore and Rs 197 crore.
