Signature Global to Top INR 10000 Crore of Sales Bookings
Riding high on the strong residential demand ,Signature Global Group is set to surpass its sales bookings target of INR 10000 crore for FY25 especially as it has already achieved INR 5900 crore of sales in the first half of the fiscal year.
According to Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman, Signature Global, there is a strong launch pipeline in the second half of the current financial year and the inventories in the new and existing projects would not only help in achieving the targeted sales but even exceed it.
Aggarwal’s confidence also stems from Signature Global Group’s splendid performance in H1 FY25. During April- September period of 2024-25, the group achieved over three times of sales bookings , up from INR 1860 crore in H1 FY 24 to INR 5900 crore. In the entire FY 24 fiscal, Signature Global had clocked home sales of INR 7270 crore . It is equally significant that the company’s total income rose to INR 777.42 crore in the second quarter of FY25 up from INR 121.16 crore in the second quarter of FY 24. There is a consolidated net profit of INR 4.15 crore for September 2024 quarter against the loss of INR 19.92 crore in the year-ago period.
Going forward , Signature Global will capitalise on a pipeline of about 32.2 million sq ft of saleable area in the forthcoming projects along with 16.4 million sq ft of online projects. Further, it is also looking ahead to expand in Noida and Greater Noida in Delhi-NCR to boost its sales.
Rustomjee Group Eyeing Over INR 3000 crore of Pre-sales
Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors /Rustomjee Group is expecting to breach its FY25 pre-sales target of INR 3000 crore on account of growing demand in the micro markets where it is launching new projects.
The company has already achieved INR 1311 crore of pre-sales in the first half of the current fiscal, with the September quarter contributing INR 700 crore of sales. This is more than double the sales compared to INR 306 crore of sales in the Q2FY 24 period.
According to Boman Irani, , CMD Keystone Realtors, the group aims to achieve Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 6000 crore in FY 25 through 8 projects in the current fiscal and already achieved two-third of GDV target for the current fiscal through 5 new projects.The group launched three projects with an expected GDV of over INR 1333 crore in the quarter ended September 2024.
