The number of luxury residential units sold in the city in January–March 2023 was twice that of the year-ago period.

While 50 luxury homes were sold in January–March 2022, the number of units sold in the first quarter of this year has gone up to 100.

In the study, units priced over Rs 4 crore were considered ‘luxury’.
