Top Honours For REAL ESTATE HONCHOS
Two real estate stalwarts K P Singh , Chairman, DLF Group and Irfan Razack, MD, Prestige Estates have been bestowed with top honours for 2022 by Ernst & Young.
While KP Singh has been felicitated with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his pioneering work in architecting the real estate landscape of the country, Irfan Razack has been recognized for his significant contribution in the field of real estate, infrastructure and energy.
With his exemplary vision and business sense, K P Singh led DLF for five decades before stepping down from the position of chairman in 2020, is credited with building the modern DLF City in Gurgaon and the rise of DLF as a Numero Uno real estate company. A recipient of various international and national awards, notably Padma Bhushan, Singh has made great contributions to community and nation-building.
Irfan Razack, with over four decades of rich hands-on experience in the real estate industry, Irfan Razack has been responsible for making Prestige Estates as one of the most successful real estate companies with a market capitalization of close to Rs 20000 crore. Irfan has many firsts to his credit and is recognised for envisioning India’s first luxury mall-The Collection in Bengaluru. As an industry leader, Razack has made immense contributions to the promotion and growth of the real estate and infrastructure sector.
