ZTA Infratech and Torbit have successfully turned around and completed ‘The Grande”, a premium multi-storey residential project in Meerut that was stalled for quite sometime. Having a saleable area of 600,000 sq ft , The Grande, features residential towers, plots, a luxurious 4000 sq ft club house and commercial establishments. The ZTA Infratech and Torbit have jointly developed and marketed this prime residential community ,readying it for handover to homebuyers who have already earned hansome appreciation on their investment .
This residential project has three residential blocks- Studio, Regalia and Ornate. The Studio block houses Studio apartments (525 sqft) and 2-BHK units (1000 and 1050 sq. ft). The Ornate block contains 3-BHK units (1470 sqft and 1650 sqft) and Regalia contains the spacious 4 BHK units (2050 and 2250 sqft) as well as rooftop penthouses styled as Sky-villas measuring 3900 to 5000 sq. ft.
The Grande has been envisioned as a premium residential township. A 200% capital appreciation has been achieved in a matter of 2 years by those who invested in the project at initial stages and we expect to build on this trend”.

Having received the final NOC for the project’s residential towers for fire safety, pollution control electrical safety, lifts , besides obtaining permanemt electric connection for the complex , OC (occupation cerificate) is beiing applied for it. According to Rhitik , the project is expected to be handed over for possession by September 2024.
