UPRERA issues notice to M3M over RERA Act violation

UP RERA found that M3M India did not register the project in RERA and started publicity for the project.

The authority said in a statement that it has found that M3M India Private Limited has not completed the process of RERA registration.

In a statement, the regulatory body said it has found that M3M has not completed the process of RERA registration of its project 'NOIDEA' and has started promotion and marketing for the sale of the units, violating Section 3 of the RERA Act.
