Leading NCR real estate company M3M group has launched a mega retail project- Capitalwalk in Gurgaon .The five floor iconic retail hub with a food court on the top ,in Sector 113 along 150 metre wide Dwarka Expressway with a kilometre long frontage , will have 1047 units of different sizes , ranging from 100 -3000 sq ft.
M3M Capitalwalk along with M3M Capital residential project spread over 25 acres , is a part of the Smart City Delhi Airport project. It has a unique advantage of large captive footfalls of M3M Capital residential project with 1700 units, together with office complexes, SCOs and other residential projects under development in the vicinity. According to Pankaj Bansal, Director M3M Group, the company is investing Rs 700 crore to develop M3M Capitalwalk and is looking for a topline of Rs 2000 crore.
