Riding high on the robust housing sales, realty major DLF has planned to launch new residential projects worth Rs 3500 crore in Panchkula and Gurugram by March 2023. The company is targeting to launch around 3 million sq ft area across residential projects. DLF has completed inventories worth Rs 3222 crore and properties worth Rs 5622 crore in the under construction projects that have been launched.
DLF has planned new launches , enthused by high demand for its residential units. The company has sold housing units worth Rs 4000 crore in April-September, with 62% YoY increase in sales bookings of Rs 2526 crore during the first half of last financial year. Buoyed by the overwhelming response, DLF has given guidance of sales bookings of Rs 8000 crore for the current 2022-23 financial year, a 10% increase from the previous fiscal.
