Having achieved the milestone of 300 projects, we have clocked the highest ever sales of Es 16333 crore in (MFY24, marking an impressive YoY growth of 81 percent. Area sold in 9MFY24 totalled 16.3 msf.We launched over 30 msf in three quarters, with 11000 plus units introduced in key markets of Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad. During 9MFY24, Prestige completed 12.23 msf of space across all asset classes- residential, commercial, retail and hospitality in several geographies like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi and Goa. To put it into perspective, we have delivered 175 msf in the last 36 years and are currently working on an equal 175 msf in the pipeline. Our goal is not merely to construct buildings but to curate environments that resonate with the heartbeat of a changing nation.
With a robust presence in 13 key cities, Prestige is now scripting the future with the dream of giving each prominent Indian city its own integrated ‘Prestige City’, as we add life to lands, skylines to cities and prestige to projects.
