To be developed at an investment of Rs 700-800 crore, CRC Flagship, as per Salil Kumar, has been designed to be future-ready and is scalable as per the emerging needs of the next three decades. The Grade A building expects a rental of Rs 70-75 per square feet and will be ready by April 2027.
