Lamrin Tech Skill University (LTSU), Punjab has achieved a milestone of commencing the first batch of a specialised course – RESEED (Reinforcing Skill Education for Employability Development) for real estate professionals by Steller School of Real Estate for capacity building based on experience and knowledge of the industry veterans.
This highly focused research based real estate education programme is envisaged under the Centre for Specialized Training under the brand name – RESEED,to address both practical and technical aspects of the sector, including its regulation under RERA. This first-of-its-kind of programme for real estate professionals which brings the best brains from industry and academia, has been pioneered by LTSU that has been incubated as ‘Skill University’ by IBM as an anchor partner, RERT as academic partner and Tata Technologies & Ansys Corporation as industry partners with an Investment of INR 1630 crore. LTSU has collaborated with National Skill Development Corporation- India, Cambridge University Press-U. K and ITEES, a globally ranked institution of the government of Singapore.
The objective of RESEED course is to build a learning ecosystem for making India the skill capital of the world by providing global level skills to youth to make them employable in domestic and overseas market.

To address this gap, the Steller School of Real Estate is aimed at providing the new age knowledge and skills to the young workforce aspiring to join the real estate industry and working professionals already in this high growth industry”, said Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor of LTSU who is also Adviser, National Skill Development Corporation & NSDC International and Adviser to Government of Punjab.
According to Ms. Ashima Nanda Aggarwal, Director Noble Mark School Tech Private Limited, RESEED will build a learning ecosystem to provide best skills to youth to make them employable globally. “RESEED is conceived in line with the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for making India the skill capital of the world,” she said.
The Steller School of Real Estate, according to Ms. Ashima is offering various programmes from certificate level to diploma to degree and postgraduate level. The graduate and higher degree programmes are offered under Centre of Excellence (COE) whereas Diploma and Certificate level programmes are under Centre for Specialized Training (COST) and Centre for Vocational Training (COVT) respectively.
The real estate industry focused certificate level programme where faculty comprises of blend of academic and industry practitioners, will train the candidates including young aspirants and working professionals of real estate companies and their channel partners to train them into high performing real estate professionals demonstrating best industry practices.

The curriculum of this 6-months duration course has been prepared by real estate experts, led by seasoned sales & marketing professionals with vast amount of experience in real estate sector. The curriculum includes a wide range of topics, such as property management, real estate finance, urban planning etc, following the credit system as per National Credit Framework of UGC including credits for On the Job Training (OJT) leading to recognized certification by the University.
This innovative course is set to usher in an era of transparency and promote sustainable growth of the real estate industry in India.
