The government has issued chargesheets to 10 NBCC officials including three board level officials in connection with the case relating to the Green View Gurgaon project which was declared unsafe, forcing its residents to vacate it.
The technical examination of the project was conducted by the Central Vigilance Commission after receiving complaints from home buyers. Based on its findings, the senior NBCC officials have been issued chargesheets.
