Property Expos to Perk Up Festive Realty

As the festive season kicks off with Navratras, real estate industry bodies, online property transaction and advisory portals and individual developers are here with special property expos to cash in on the festive home buying ….                  Vinod Behl

Leading digital real estate platform, Housng.com has come up with its annual online real estate sales event- Mega Home Utsav 2022, making buyers grab attractive discount offers from the comfort of their homes with the help of enabling technologies.

Showcasing prominent properties from 22 cities in the county, the month-long event is runnng between September 20 and October 20, 2022. For this event, Housing.com has tied up with major developers in the country who will showcase their properties during the event. The mega deals that developers are offering during the property expo include complete stamp duty waiver, bookings at as low as Rs 21,000, various payment schemes to lower the cost burden, free car parking, free Ola electric bike with each booking and discount of up to Rs 2 lakh on bookings.

In its all-new format, the Mega Home Utsav , with HSBC as lead sponsor ,will make virtual home purchases even more convenient and life-like with 3D virtual booths. The more compact design, with visualization products and content-based offerings will ensure higher visibility for channel partners, developers and advertisers as well.

Investors Clinic came up with Navratri Propfest in Noida and Gurgaon, bringing leading developers under one roof . There were on the spot discount offers up to 20% and tailor made payment plans.

Several developers in the NCR are also organising home expos to cash in on the festive season. BPTP has come up with what it calls, Navratri’s grandest property offers at its expo for three of their best delivered townships- Terra, Sector 37D Gurgaon, Fortune Astaire Gardens Sector 70A Gurgaon and Amstoria 102 Eden Estate, Sector 102 Gurgaon. At Terra, 3 BHK and 3BHK plus Home Office smart homes are on offer at a starting price of Rs 1.58 crore, on 25: 75 payment plan. At Fortuna , newly launched premium plots are on sale at a starting price of Rs 4 crore. At Amstora, luxury plots are being offered at a starting price of Rs 3.4 crore. Besides special Navratras offers, buyers stand a chance to spin the wheel and win gifts up to Rs 1 lakh. The expo is on from 26 September to 4 October.

In its special Navratri bonanza, Spaze Group is offering SCO plots at Grand Central 114, Gurgaon. There is a Rs 5 lakh Tanishq jewellery gift voucher with assured gift .
