Avnish Singh is CEO, Mixed Use at RMZ

A veteran real estate professional, Avnish Singh has joined RMZ Corporation as CEO Mixed Use. Prior to this he was occupying the post of Managing Director- Investment at RMZ Corporation.

Singh carries a rich and varied experience in the real estate sector. He was Managing Director and Country Head of Tishman Speyer , a real estate investment firm for close to nine years. He had a 8 year long stint with global property consultancy- JLL as National Director Capital Markets & Investment sales and later as Regional Director, Asia Capital Markets Group. Prior to that, he served as VP & Head GE Real Estate India and VP GE Real Estate Europe’

Arpit Pant Appointed Director-BD at Ascott International India

CapitalLand Investment Limited’s wholly-owned lodging business unit , Ascott has appointed Arpit Pant as Director, Business Development for the Indian subcontinent. Prior to joining Ascott International management team, India, he was associated with some leading companies including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

He brings with him over two decades of experience of working with hotels and luxury residences for leading business operations, asset management, business development, organisational set up and regional roles across markets.

In his key leadership role , Arpit will spearhead Ascott India’s strategic initiatives to expand presence in the Indian hospitality sector, besides identifying  new business opportunities , nurturing partnerships and driving revenue growth. Additionally, he will be responsible for developing and executing development strategies to drive innovation, elevate customer experience and ensure sustainable growth.
