These two sea-facing residential units- a 16th floor apartment and a triplex , spanning 17 to 19 floors in Sagar Resham residential building. which houses lavish 4-5 bedroom apartments.
Spread over 11266 sq ft carpet area with a 1300 sq ft terrace , the twin home , in close vicinity of the residences of film stars Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan, is said to have cost Ranveer Singh a whooping sum of Rs 119 crore.
Supertech Hotels & Malls on Sale
Noida-based realty firm Supertech has decided to put its four commercial projects for sale, targeting to raise around Rs 1000 crore. These commercial assets include 2 hotels and two shopping malls in Meerut and Haridwar.
Supertech which has been making unsavoury headlines with regard to Supreme Court’s order to demolish two towers of its highrise Emerald Court Society in Noida, wants to utilise the money raised through the sale of malls and hotels to complete its unfinished projects besides repaying the debt.
